The Discount Card Program allows you to take advantage of the many types of discounts that local businesses offer. Please keep your AFFM discount card with you to take advantage of these opportunities.
How to Apply
To apply for a discount card please contact us. The card is free to all Resource Families (Adoptive, Foster, and Kinship Providers).
How to Submit a Business
If you have a suggestion for a business or organization that AFFM can approach to participate in the Discount Card Program, please contact us. You can also print and send this completed business application form to 304 Hancock St., Suite 2A, Bangor, ME 04401.
