Alicia Duncan, Resource Parent Care Team Supervisor, and Christine Richardson, Resource Parent Care Team Liaison, will be presenting a short introduction to the Resource Family Liaison program and services. Family Liaisons are placed in each of the OCFS district offices to provide phone, email, or in-person support as well as many other services.
