Lizzie Meier, SNAP-Ed Nutrition Educator from Hancock County Healthy Acadia, will be joining for “Cooking Matters at the Store”. Participants will learn tips to stretch a food budget, how to use unit pricing, how to buy fruits and vegetables on a budget, how to identify whole grains, how to read food labels, and how to save money! All participants will receive a $10 Hannaford Gift Card.
