Dulcey Laberge, Youth Transition Program Manager and Thomas Smith, Youth
Transition Worker OCFS, will be in person to discuss the tuition waiver, transition services &
support for children in care, education choices, future planning and overall transitions for the
family. There will be time for Q & A.
