Get ready for the new school year! Our annual Back-to-School Program kicks off July 14 and runs through August 4th: AFFM's Back-to-School Program
Helping foster, adoptive & kinship families get ready for the school year!
Kids may receive a backpack, school supplies, personal care items & possibly a new outfit* (based on donations).
For grades K–12 (ages 5–18)
Deadline: Monday, August 4th
Please don’t apply if you're using another program, we want to ensure we have enough supplies for everyone that signs up thank you for understanding! Need help this school year? Fill out the form below!
