Partners for Peace, Caring Unlimited, and Hope and Justice join AFFM's Statewide C.A.R.E.S meeting to discuss the impacts of Domestic Violence and potential barriers birth parents in Domestic Violence situations may face. Helping to develop empathy to birth parents experiencing Domestic Violence.
