 ining is designed to build on the knowledge that participants have from 
 the RFIT or Kinship training. We will focus on objective communication 
 and documentation skills that will help resource families support the ch
 ildren objectively and effectively. With the intentions that increased o
 bjective communication and documentation skills will be used\, making co
 mmunicating with the department and biological families successful and e
 ffective.\n\nThis training will refresh resource families on AFFM resour
 ces\, Liaison services and DHHS rules and policies such as\; the OCFS Pr
 actice Model and the Little Red book that may have been misplaced and/or
  forgotten.\n\n \n \n\n\n\n\nLauri Legere\, Training Coordinator for A
 FFM\, will facilitate the meetings until a permanent facilitator can tak
 e over\n\n\n\n\n\n\n*FREE onsite childcare is provided for all children 
 with advance notice.\n\n*Mileage reimbursement for families traveling mo
