 on and matched savings program that helps Maine youth age 14 or older de
 velop a general understanding of personal finances and goal setting. Aft
 er determination of eligibility and training\, participants open a bank 
 account at a financial institution of their choice. Money saved by parti
 cipants is matched dollar for dollar up to $1\,000 per year toward eligi
 ble purchases. Hundreds of Maine youth who are currently or formerly in 
 foster care have benefited from Opportunity Passport. Participants who a
 ttend this training will receive $100.\n\n\nJr. YLAT\nJunior YLAT is for
  youth ages 11-13 who have experienced at least one day of care in their
  lives.  It is an opportunity for youth to connect with others\, learn l
 eadership skills\, and begin to understand their team that supports them
