 ealth Strength Through Creativity\n\nThe art of our lives are told in la
 yered stories. One way to help an individual share their story is throug
 h art journaling. An art journal is a multi-layered approach with paint\
 , ink\, images\, and words and created over time. Art journaling is a sk
 ill that can be utilized for healthy\, positive self-care\, a creative e
 xpression of thoughts and feelings\, development of creative play\, and 
 goal planning and development. In this workshop\, you will learn how to 
 incorporate this skill into your daily life and how to introduce the ski
 ll to others.\n\nThis training is provided by Amber Walker\, LCSW\, who 
 has over 17 years of experience in clinical practice. She specializes in
  the treatment of trauma including evidenced-based practices of EMDR\, P
 rolonged Exposure\, and Cognitive Processing Therapy.\n\nAttendees will
